Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Loom and Luxe. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please review our Return and Refund Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only for the following reasons:

Incorrect item received.
Defective or damaged item upon delivery.
Size exchange (subject to availability).

Please note:

Returns for reasons such as “change of mind” are not accepted.
The item must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging

2. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

Contact us at support@loomnluxe.ae within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting images if applicable.

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

3. Return Shipping

For incorrect, defective, or damaged items, Loom and Luxe will cover return shipping costs.
For size exchanges, the customer is responsible for return and re-shipping fees.

4. Inspection and Approval

All returned items undergo inspection upon receipt. If the item meets return eligibility, we will process:

A replacement, or
Store credit, or
A full refund to the original payment method (if applicable).

5. Non-Returnable Items

Items worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
Items returned without original tags or packaging.
Sale or promotional items (unless defective).

6. Refund Timeframe

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of return approval. The timeframe for the amount to reflect in your account may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
