We strive to make your shopping experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible, and that includes ensuring your order reaches you efficiently, securely, and within the promised timeframe. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle the shipping and delivery process.
1. Service Coverage
Loom and Luxe currently offers shipping exclusively within the United Arab Emirates. We do not provide international shipping at this time. Our team is dedicated to serving customers across all Emirates, including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During peak seasons, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we strive to dispatch all orders promptly.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We work with reputable local courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of your purchases. The standard delivery timeframe across the UAE is typically between 2 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery Time Estimates:
- Dubai & Sharjah: 2-3 business days
- Abu Dhabi: 2-4 business days
- Other Emirates: 3-5 business days
Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, public holidays, or logistical delays may occasionally affect delivery schedules.
4. Shipping Charges
We believe in transparent pricing. Our shipping charges are as follows:
- Orders below AED 150: AED 20 shipping fee
- Orders of AED 150 or above: FREE shipping
Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
5. Delivery Attempts & Undeliverable Orders
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If you are unavailable at the provided address during these attempts, the order may be returned to us.
 In such cases:Â
- You may be charged a re-delivery fee.
- Orders returned due to failed delivery attempts will not be eligible for a refund of the original shipping fee.
We highly recommend providing accurate delivery details, including your correct address and contact number, to avoid any delivery issues.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link and details. You can use this information to monitor your order status in real-time.
If you have not received tracking details within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team at support@loomnluxe.ae.
7. Order Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, our customer service team will reach out to you with updates and support.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
Loom and Luxe takes every precaution to pack your items securely. However, if your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged package.
- We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include replacement or store credit.
- For lost packages, we will liaise with our courier partners to locate your order and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement.
9.Address Changes
Once an order is placed, address changes can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact support@loomnluxe.ae immediately if you need to modify your shipping details.
